Assistant Coach Lauren Hoyle joins Troy High School's aquatics teams, bringing a wealth of expertise to the student-athletes in her inaugural coaching season as a Warrior.
Lauren's journey in aquatics began during her standout years at Claremont High School, where she earned accolades such as First Team All-CIF from 2015 to 2018 and the coveted MVP All-League title in 2018. Transitioning to collegiate play at Azusa Pacific University from 2018 to 2022, Lauren not only contributed to her team's success but also honed her coaching skills.
In the realm of coaching, Lauren made her mark with Raptor Club Water Polo in 2022-2023, mentoring and guiding aspiring athletes. Before joining Troy High School, she significantly impacted Claremont High School's program in the 2022-2023 season, establishing herself as a dedicated and effective coach.
Lauren's coaching is complemented by her extensive background in both water polo and swim. A varsity athlete at Claremont High School from 2014 to 2018, she continued her commitment to the sport through participation in CHAWP Water Polo Club (2014-2018), Foothill Water Polo Club (2011-2014), and the Claremont Club swim team (2005-2011).
Now as Assistant Coach at Troy High School, Lauren brings a unique blend of playing experience, coaching acumen, and a passion for developing well-rounded athletes. Her impressive athletic achievements and dedication to coaching make her a valuable addition to the coaching staff, fostering a culture of excellence and inspiring the next generation of swim enthusiasts at Troy High School.
