Guests will dine on either slow braised boneless spare rib with truffle mac, pan-seared salmon in a miso glaze with rice pilaf, or stuffed portobello ratatouille. All plates will be accompanied by a spring salad, seasonal vegetables, dessert, and soft drinks.

The awards part of the banquet will begin immediately following dinner service; and we've hired STP Photobooth for students and families to have fun by capturing the nights events.

We welcome families to get in the pictures with their athlete's as well! It's not just for the kids! All are welcome!
